Quentin Tarantino , the fabulous film maker , has set his hands to write two-books as a deal for the publishers named , weidenfeld & Nilcolson.
His first book will consist of his film, “once upon a Time in Hollywood” which got released in the year 2019. This movie was his 9th movie , which depicted the comedy- drama story line potraying the era of late 1960’s Hollywood.
Now our fabulous and exceptional movie Maker is all set to turn as an author with two books deal. Tarantino who is 57 years old now, hasn’t worked in any movies after his 2019 flick.
The film, ” Once Upon a time in Hollywood”, gives a broad view of the scenario of last era of Hollywood Cinema. It has got an amazing response from the audience earning $374mn, and even got the title of the 10 best movies of the year.
“I’m also thrilled to further explore my characters and their world in a literary endeavour that can (hopefully) sit alongside its cinematic counterpart.” He said.
The release date for the Quentin Tarantino’s novel has also been confirmed. The publishers, weidenfeld & Nilcolson will be releasing his first work from June 2021.
Tarantino stated, ““In the seventies movie novelizations were the first adult books I grew up reading,” he also added , “And to this day I have a tremendous amount of affection for the genre”.
He has also said that, as a movie novelization aficionado, he is proud to announce his movie, ” Once Upon a time in Hollywood” novel, as a contribution to this marginalized yet his beloved sub- genre in literature.
“Publisher Emad Akhtar, who acquired UK & Commonwealth rights from William Morris Endeavor UK says, “I’m sure I’m not alone in having wondered what a Tarantino novel would be like – and the result is something that feels ground-breaking and hugely entertaining in the way only he knows how to be”. He stated.
