KidZania India Brings Back ‘KidZania Open House’ to both the facilities, Inviting Adults to Rediscover the Joy of Play

Building on the response to its first KidZania Open House in August, KidZania India is bringing the experience back to Delhi NCR, giving young adults, professionals and friends another opportunity to step into the world of role-play, adventure and discovery, with or without a kid in tow.

The KidZania Open House will return to KidZania Delhi NCR on Saturday, September 26, 2026, inviting adults to take a break from their everyday routines and rediscover the joy of play. Visitors can participate in 100+ role-play activities, subject to applicable height and weight restrictions for select activities along with a host of group games and interactive experiences.

KidZania introduced the Open House in response to the growing demand from adults who wanted to relive the joy and nostalgia of their childhood. The initiative gives young adults an opportunity to experience KidZania without accompanying kids, creating a unique space to reconnect with their inner child while enjoying immersive role-play experiences with friends, colleagues and siblings.

The pricing will be the same for children and adults, while adult tickets will include worth ₹400 of bonus play. Regular pricing will not apply on Open House days.

Tickets will be available at the KidZania Delhi NCR park, the KidZania website and the District platform.

For businesses investing in digital platforms, access to source code is essential for maintaining, scaling and further developing their products, making well-drafted contracts and milestone-based delivery obligations increasingly important.

With cross-border technology collaborations becoming more common, questions around software ownership, project deliverables and intellectual property are drawing greater attention from businesses. Industry experts say software development agreements should clearly define source code ownership, delivery timelines, access rights and preservation of digital assets to help minimise uncertainty and support business continuity.

A recent commercial matter involving Florida-based technology company I-Chrono LLC and Delhi-based software development company Fluper Limited has brought these considerations into focus. According to the pleadings, the matter relates to contractual obligations concerning the delivery of software source code under software development agreements. I-Chrono LLC is represented in the matter by King Stubb & Kasiva (KSK).

According to the pleadings, I-Chrono engaged Fluper in January 2025 to develop a mobile application and web platform for an online luxury watch marketplace, followed by a subsequent engagement for an AI-based luxury watch authentication feature. The company has stated that payments were made under the agreements and has alleged that the agreed source code and related project materials were not delivered despite repeated requests. It has further stated that the software required multiple revisions during development and that the AI functionality did not perform as expected during testing.

According to the pleadings, after I-Chrono sought suspension of the projects and requested delivery of the source code and related project materials, the materials were not released, ultimately leading the parties to seek legal resolution. The company has also stated that the delays affected its planned commercial rollout and fundraising efforts, and it has sought appropriate civil remedies, including delivery of the disputed source code and related project materials.

During the course of the matter, interim directions were passed for preservation of the disputed source code and associated electronic records while the contractual issues are being examined. The matter is currently under consideration, and the contractual claims of the parties are yet to be finally determined.

The matter highlights the importance of clearly drafted software development agreements that define source code ownership, delivery obligations, intellectual property rights and preservation of digital assets. As businesses increasingly collaborate with technology partners across borders, clear contractual frameworks can help reduce uncertainty and support smoother project execution

 In a significant development, the Special Investigation Team (SIT) of Assam during investigation concluded that a motorcycle was fraudulently “implanted” into a 2015 road accident case to claim insurance benefits illegally from ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd.

ICICI Lombard undertook a detailed review of a motor accident case in Bongaigaon, Assam, dating back to 2015. The case involved an alleged collision between a motorcycle and a bicycle.

Suspicious of the details, the insurance company initiated an extensive on-ground verification process. The breakthrough came when the company obtained the corresponding Police General Diary Entries (GDE) through RTI. A cross-verification of the official records revealed that the vehicle insured by ICICI Lombard was implanted in place of the motorcycle actually involved in the accident.

ICICI Lombard moved before the Hon’ble Gauhati High Court to present the evidence of fraud and The Hon’ble Court taking strict cognizance of the matter, referred the case directly to the Special Investigation Team (SIT), Assam, constituted as per the direction of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Safiq Ahmad Vs ICICI Lombard GIC Ltd in SLP No 1110/17.

Following a comprehensive probe, the Assam SIT formally verified the fraud. The investigation unit found glaring discrepancies between the vehicle registration number recorded in the initial Police General Diary Entry and the registration number mentioned in the formal FIR lodged latter on.

The SIT’s final conclusion confirms that the insured motorcycle was implanted to the incident to extract compensation by fraudulent means, which exposed a highly organized manipulation of accident records.
