After King Charles III’s coronation concert, Bollywood actor Sonam Kapoor represented India at UK Prime Minister Rishik Sunak’s reception at the UK-India Week 2023 on June 28. The event took place at his residence and office, 10 Downing Street.
For the unversed, the UK-India week is a flagship event of the Indian Global Forum, which is a week-long event to honour the longstanding ties between both countries to strengthen their bilateral relations. This year, it marks its fifth edition. The reception at 10 Downing Street is the highlight of the event, where influential figures from both nations come together to exchange ideas and foster collaboration.For the special occasion, the Neerja actor chose a classic sari designed by Rohit Bal. Kapoor shared a series of pictures on Instagram before stepping out to attend the event. In the images, she can be seen in a green floral printed sari paired with a white floral print blazer.
