Guwahati: Northeast Frontier Railway has finally approved Vistadome coaches in Assam. This vistadome coach will be provided to Silchar to Guwahati Route for tourists to have a comfortable journey.
Vistadome coaches were first promised to the people of Assam by the Railway Minister PiyushGoyal during a review meeting at Guwahati on December 2018. It is been being planned since then and it has now finally got approval from NF Railway on Tuesday 9th February 2021.
It will help the passengers to feel and enjoy the majestic route of Silchar to Guwahati at its best with panoramic view as well as with comfortable facilities with the help of advanced technology.
Vistadome coaches will let the tourist explore and enjoy the beautiful route of Silchar to Guwahati. The beautiful Borail range and all the other picturesque places it will go through. Hills, rivers and what not. The route of Silchar to Guwahati is mesmerizing and this vistadome coach will now let everyone enjoy it and celebrate the beautiful nature of Assam at its best. It is no less than a Heaven on earth.
Vistadome provides panoramic view through transparent roofs and wider glass windows and it lets the passengers enjoy the nature at its best while sitting at their seat.
The coaches will also have rotatable seats, automated sliding doors, mini pantry, wide door for divyangand so on. There are other facilities with advanced technology to provide a comfortable journey for the passengers.
Although the entire train won’t have vistadome. There will be only one Vistadome coach on the existing Silchar to Guwahati trains. NF Railway has allotted 6 vistadome coaches and among them only 2 is for Silchar to Guwahati Route.
To express his gratitude for the Vistadome Coaches Silchar MP Rajdeep Roy says he himself will meet the railway minister and thank him for providing vistadome to Silchar to Guwahati Route.
